Please use the given jewelry box to keep your jewelry dry and the given cloth to clean your pieces.

Shipping

Please allow 1-2 business days for us to carefully assemble and package your item(s). We want your shopping at Lustr Aesthetic to be a memorable experience.

Once your package ships out, any customs duties imposed by your country’s regulations are your responsibility.

Returns

At Lustr Aesthetic, we do our best to check each item before we package them. In the unlikely event that you receive a defective item or the wrong item, we will offer you a refund.

If this happens, contact us at lustr.aestheticjewelry.com with your order number, a picture of the defective/wrong item and a description for the return. We will get back to you in a timely manner.
